Action Taken

  • M.A. Political Science & Bachelor of Library and Information Science (BLIS), Skill & Generic Elective Courses were proposed and sanctioned in the Academic Council for next year.
  • Collaborations & MOU’s with various International & National Colleges, Universities and Bodies of repute for research promotion.
  • National and International Conferences and Workshops on “Research Methodology”, “Relevance of Gandhi in Post Liberalization India”and “Dispora, Multicultural and Quest for Identity” were organized to research promotion.
  • This session, “Rajasthan State Certificate of Information Technology” (RSCIT) course was introduced for students to enhance their technical skills.
  • Formal Coaching for Competitive/ Civil Service Examinations was started on the Campus for students.
  • To promote Extracurricular Activities, Certificate Courses in : Yoga, Dramatics, Self Defense, Aerobics, Tourism, Human Rights, Family Life Education, Personality Development, Bonsai, Vermiculture were introduced.

Action Taken

  • Parent Feedback Analysis has been a regular feature of our Institution.
  • A special session was organized to acquaint Parents about the significance and the functioning of Autonomy.
  • We ensure a tidy and positive ambience of our college for the Academic Progress of our students.
  • Teacher Training Sessions are held from time to time where various teaching aids and latest methodology and communication skills are provided to teachers. So, that they treat our students with objectivity, kindness and dignity.
  • The Parents give their valuable suggestions for academic, professional and technical growth of the Institution.
  • Various vocational courses are conducted to make our students aware about the work culture, jobs, placements and opportunities. As we believe that career readiness is pivotal to learning.
  • Parents are regularly notified for Parent Teacher Meetings, Examination dates, Important events etc. through SMS Alert and Web Notifications.

Action Taken

  • The faculty members regularly meet to interact and strategically plan activities for the Institution’s growth.
  • The Teachers contribute in instilling values and help the students grow professionally, personally and socially, performing different roles as counselors, educators, resource persons and employers.
  • The Teachers Feedback is regularly collected and analyzed to keep a track of their Professional, Personal and Social accomplishments and skills.
  • Academic Audit was conducted by every department and suggestions were forwarded to the BOS members for regular updation and revision in the curriculum.
  • The Mentor Mentee Program is again a very popular practice of the Institution which involves personal care and development of every student. This is done by-
    • by refining their innate talents and skills;
    • by providing additional resources of individual feedback and guidance;
    • by assisting in their career development;
    • by apprising them with career advancement measures;
    • by imparting personal care and imbibing moral values in them.

      Action Taken

      • It was suggested by the employers that curriculum should be upgraded as per the current requirement and the request was conveyed to the Board of studies of all steams. And as per the suggestion the curriculum was revised and topic related with employability and entrepreneurial skills were introduced.
      • It was also suggested to introduce ICT tools in classrooms so all the faculty members were informed to use the ICT Tools in classroom.
      • For the enhancement of library facilities, some more text books and reference books were purchased.
      • The employers also look for management skills, entrepreneurship and soft skills among the college graduates. Value Added Courses for the same were started.
      • We introduced courses on inculcating soft skills which triggered communication skills, listening skills, time management skills to make them more successful in the workplace.
      • An International Exposure programme was launched in collaboration with Singapore Institution of Management and Nanyang Technological University to enhance their academic exposure.
      • The Institution is dedicated to the cause of laying a strong foundation and grooming every student to be a globally confident and competent citizen.
