In keeping with the ideals of NCC, namely character development, discipline, secular outlook, comradeship, spirit of adventure and selfless service amongst the young citizens, Sophia Girls' College (Autonomous), Ajmer always inspires its students to venture beyond the ambits of their homes and offer dedicated services to the nation.
The NCC Units of the college function under 5 Raj Battalion, Udaipur and 2 Raj Naval Unit, Ajmer.
There are 50 NCC Army Cadets under CTO, Ms. Kumud Khatri and 50 NCC Navy Cadets under CTO Ms. Pratishtha Pandey.
ARMY WING
- Two Cadets namely, SUO Milli Sharma and UO Jaya Shekhawat participated in the Thal Sainik Camp at New Delhi from the 15th of July, 2023 to the 24th of July, 2023.
- Four Cadets actively participated in the prestigious Thal Sainik Camp of the country from the 21st of July, 2023 to the 30th of July, 2023 at JNVU, Dabok.
- A group of 4 cadets participated in the “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat Camp” organized from the 23rd of December, 2023 to the 3rd of January, 2024 at BNPG,Udaipur.
- UO Devanshi Rathore participated in the Republic Day Camp from the 30th of December, 2023 to the 8th of February, 2024 at New Delhi.
- Two Cadets from NCC Army Wing got the chance to participate in the “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat Camp” organized from the 4th of January, 2024 to the 15th of January, 2024 at Haldighati, Udaipur.
NAVY WING
- PO Cadet Aditi Hawa & LCDT Rajeshwari Rawat were selected to attend “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat Camp” from the 15th of July to the 24th of July, 2023 at Hari Bhav Upadhyay Nagar, Kotra, Ajmer.
- A group of 5 Cadets attended the Sailing Expedition Camp organized from the 15th of July 2023 to the 24th of July 2023 at Hari Bhav Upadhyay Nagar, Kotra.
- PO Cadet Manisha Yadav and SCC Bhawana Kundnani were selected for the NAU SAINIK CAMP PHASE I held at Udaipur, Rajasthan from the 31st of July to the 9th of August, 2023.
- A combined Annual Training Camp was organized from the 23rd of September to the 2nd of October, 2023 at Kayad Vishramsthali, Ajmer. A group of 25 cadets from Third Year and Second Year participated in the camp.
- PO Cadet Manisha Yadav and SCC Bhawana Kundnani were selected for the NAU SAINIK CAMP PHASE I held at Udaipur, Rajasthan from the 23rd of September to the 2nd of October, 2023.
- CDT Dawlat Skhatawat was selected for 66th National Shooting Championship Competition (NSCC) Rifle Events at New Delhi featuring Pre NSCC Coaching Camp of 10 Days from the 5th-14th of November, 2023 and 66th NSCC from the 15th of November- 4th of December, 2023.
