  • The 60th anniversary of Sophia Girls’ College, Ajmer was celebrated in the form of a grandiose Alumni meet - REMINISCENCE 2019, wherein Alumni from the 1960 batch to 2019 participated whole heartedly. The alumni reminisced some ecstatic moments of their College days and shared those blissful experiences with the august gatheringto relive, interact and plan for the forthcoming such activities during the session. The plans were duly recorded and documented.

  • As per the suggestions given by the Stakeholders, the Institution introduced many new programs such as M.A in History, B.Com. Hons., Integrated M.Sc. in Computer Science (4 years), Functional English (optional Subject) and Maths.
  • Several Alumni Scholarships were also instituted on the grand eve of 60th anniversary of Sophia Girls’ College towards sponsoring Girl Education, Infrastructural Updation and Research Development.

For the benefit and appropriateness of all students, a customized Enterprise Resource Planning Portal has been developed wherein there is a provision of accessing E Content, E Tutorial, Web Resources and an exclusive feature of Self-Assessment. The Student/Parent portal provides all necessary information about students’ enrolment, attendance, examination alerts, class performance as well as results.
  • The Institution took a pioneering step this year in developing its E Learning Mechanism. Regular Blended Learning Classes were taken for all students using ZOOM, Google classroom, Hangout MEET, WEBX and ISPRING Desktop Software.
